II Timothy 1:7

For God did not give us a spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

SUMMER!!!

Well I haven't wrote in over a month and a half so I have a lot to catch you up on. First we sold our house in Monett and closed on the house in Cassville. It was a foreclosure which needed work. We painted every square inch of the house, pulled off the baseboards and trim, sanded then painted and nailed them up. We also had to buy kitchen appliances and recarpet. Albert and Mike came down to drywall the basement for us this weekend and TJ's parents came down to help and tile the downstairs bath. Since the house is still in progress I'm not putting up pics yet of what we've done. But here are some of the pics from the house how we found it.

Here is the basement that will be finished and made into a office, living area, kitchentte, bathroom, and bedroom.

In this past month TJ and I celebrated our 3rd year wedding anniversary May 19th. I cant believe we've been married 3 years! In October we will have been together 5 years! Thats crazy! I am really truly blessed. I have the best husband and best friend I could ever ask for. We are so much alike its scary! :) I look forward to see what life has in store for us and to go through it together! As corny as it may sound I think of Brad Paisley's song "Then" because it is the truth. I was so in love with TJ on our wedding day but its completely different and so much more than then.
Well since we are on summer break I should be on here more often. Oh yea and I also start on my masters from University of Central Missouri on Tuesday. Well thats all for now. God bless!

Our weekend- House Stuff and St. Louis

Well as usually the weekend has went by WAY to fast. With so much going on never seem to have enough time to do it all. Our house still has a contract on it and several still seeing it since the contract has a contingency kick out on it. We signed the contract for the foreclosure and we're waiting to see if they agree to it like planned. (So cross your fingers!) We are really excited about it hopefully it all works out then I will be recruiting people to help us move!

This weekend we also went to St. Louis for aau basketball for the Magic. It was fun getting to meet a lot of the coaches. I also became a photographer for a day along with seeing a lot of St. Louis (thanks Marty!) Afterwards I talked TJ into taking me to Olive Garden before heading home and getting back late last night. Which when we got home and we're exhausted we got in bed and still turned on the semis from last night. We actually made it all the way home without hearing who won the games. We took our showers and got all settled in and then we turned on the dvr which somehow switched and recorded one of my movies instead of the game (we had fixed it to skip the movie and record the game, we thought) so lets just say TJ wasnt very happy. Oops!!! Please no one ask him what he thinks of Sweet Home Alabama or to watch it! :) Sore subject!

Now getting all the weekend stuff wrapped up and ready to go back to school tomorrow. 35 days left (not that I'm counting or anything!) ;)

Well thats all for know I wont talk your ear off! Till next time!

My Saturday

Luckily I'm feeling a little bit better today. That's not saying I haven't been lazy today cause I have most of the day. :) TJ and I were a few weeks behind on Biggest Loser so we cleaned up the dvr a little and had a Biggest Loser marathon. This afternoon we decided to dvr the NCAA tourney (so we could watch it later minus the commericals) and went and saw The Bounty Hunter. Which I really liked but whats not to like when I am in love with Gerald Butler! :)

So all in all its been a good day! :) Now if some of the high school drama will stop I'd be even better. Ha, I know I know who am I kidding. But one can dream while I roll my eyes at a couple of people. Now if only they'd grow a spine and try to talk to us to our faces. Especially since one of them is someone we thought we knew pretty well, apparently not though. Well thats all for now! :) God bless!

March Madness

Wow I'm really bad at writing on this! Right now its the end of March and of course for us means basketball. Yes I know surprise surprise, since bball is our life. TJ will also be coaching AAU basketball this summer along with both of us having volleyball and basketball stuff for our programs at Cassville.

Right now I'm sick and afraid I have bronchitis. (Which sucks!). We are also trying to sell our house in Monett. We have a contract on it so we'll see (cross your fingers!). We have decided to build in Cassville and have figured out who our builder will be and the floorplan.

Other than the craziness that we call life, life is going pretty well. School is now in the fourth quarter with 39 days left, but hey who's counting?! ;) In the next few weeks we plan on going to see both of our families since we don't get to much of a chance when our seasons are going on.

Well this zapped my energy so I'll go and hopefully be back on here writing sooner and not waiting as long! God bless!

2010

Wow this school year is flying by! It already the end of January! Basketball is in full swing so yes it keeps us plenty busy! I think I'm about ready to count down the days until March when life settles down a little. While it might, but it looks like we might be getting ready to build a house so not sure how much it will slow down then! LOL. This school year has been great. It is so nice to work and coach at the same school as TJ instead of an hour apart like last year. For those we didnt know our car got broken into last Saturday. They shattered the passenger window and stole our GPS and my ipod. So we had to fix the window this week. We then got a call this week to inform us that they arrested the guy. I dont know how much time I will find to write on here but I will try I dont always find time to call everyone or even write in my journal like I use to so at least maybe I will write on here.
